this is from "people of walmart", a site where people upload pictures of the "strange" people that grace the Walmart stores of America. Now the images themselves are usually weird (mostly scary), but it's the commentary they give which takes them over the top. This one had:
"As soon as we can find a sword-swallower and a lizard man to join the bearded lady here, I’m taking them all on tour to a city near you." Source

I strongly suggest you avoid the site "people of walmart". This is but a simple minion to the evil on dispay there...
